The 2024 Annual Meeting of the NYSAHA will be  hosted by the Central Section in Binghamton. The meeting will be held at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel.

The weekend activities will be kicked off with the NYSAHA Awards Dinner on Friday night, May 17, 2024. The NYSAHA Awards will be presented then the Hall of Fame inductions following dinner. This year Dustin Brown and Tim Connolly will be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

On Saturday, May 18, 2024, The proposals for the Annual Meeting Agenda will be reviewed followed by a question and answer session with NYSAHA and USA Hockey officials present. Voter Registration will take place from 9:00AM to !2:00 PM. Voting delegates must register during this time to be eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting on Sunday. In the evening there will be a NYSAHA Social gathering.

On Sunday May 19, 2024 the Annual Meeting will take place. Voter registration from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Each Section will have a caucus from 8-9:30 AM. The Annual Meeting will begin at 10:00 AM. It is at the Annual Meeting that delegates will vote on the agenda proposals and the elections will take place.
